Start with the brackets. Count divisions, skill levels and formats, then multiply by three podium places, and you have the number of medals or trophies you need. Many organizers give trophies or plaques to the top division and medals everywhere else, and add a custom paddle or paddle set for the overall champions.
Then think about every player, not just the winners. Printed pickleballs, cooling towels and paddle covers in the welcome bag cost little per player, they carry your event and sponsor logos, and they leave every participant with something useful. Sponsors are often happy to cover these items in exchange for their logo next to yours.

Every order starts with a free virtual mockup showing your logo on the actual product. Nothing goes into production until you approve it. Production time starts after approval and is listed on each product page; tell us your in-hands date when you request a quote and we will confirm it can be met before you order.
